Welcome to Radhe Fact Check Services. By accessing our website or utilizing our background verification services, you (the “Client”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Scope of Services

Radhe Fact Check Services acts as an independent background verification agency. We provide Address Verification, Employment Checks, Education Verification, and Criminal Record Checks across all 38 districts of Bihar. Our reports are based on physical field visits, direct contact with HR departments, universities, and public records.

2. Client Responsibilities & Consent

As an employer or organization requesting a background check, you agree to the following:

• Candidate Consent: You must obtain explicit, written consent from the candidate before initiating any background verification check.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete data (Name, Address, IDs) required to conduct the verification.
• Lawful Use: Verification reports provided by us must only be used for lawful employment, tenancy, or partnership screening purposes.

3. Accuracy and Limitations

While Radhe Fact Check Services employs rigorous field verification and multi-level quality checks to ensure 100% accuracy, we rely on information provided by third parties (Neighbors, Universities, Police Departments, Past Employers). Therefore:

• We do not warrant that the information provided by third-party sources is entirely error-free.
• We shall not be held liable for any hiring or termination decisions made by the Client based solely on our reports. Our reports are advisory in nature.

4. Turnaround Time (TAT)

We strive to deliver verification reports within the standard agreed Turnaround Time (typically 24 to 48 hours for standard address checks). However, TAT may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

• Non-responsiveness from previous employers or universities.
• Government holidays or delays in police/court record availability.
• Incomplete details provided by the candidate.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We treat all candidate data with the utmost confidentiality. Data collected during the verification process is securely stored and is shared strictly with the requesting Client. We adhere to the guidelines mentioned in our Privacy Policy.

6. Payment Terms

Invoices will be generated as per the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). Payments must be cleared within the stipulated timeframe mentioned on the invoice. Failure to clear dues may result in a temporary hold on ongoing verification requests.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Patna, Bihar.
