The information we collect is strictly used for the purpose of conducting background screening and verification as requested by our corporate clients. Specific uses include:
- Validating the authenticity of the candidate’s provided address, education, and employment history.
- Conducting criminal record checks to ensure workplace safety.
- Generating confidential verification reports for the requesting employer/client.
- Complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties. Information is only shared under the following circumstances:
- With Authorized Clients: The final verification report is securely delivered ONLY to the specific employer or organization that requested the background check.
- With Field Agents: Necessary details are shared with our verified field executives strictly for the purpose of conducting physical doorstep checks in respective districts.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., courts or government agencies).
4. Data Security & Confidentiality
We implement stringent security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All digital data is stored in secured databases with restricted access, and our physical documents are handled with the highest level of confidentiality. Our entire team signs strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
