3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties. Information is only shared under the following circumstances:

• With Authorized Clients: The final verification report is securely delivered ONLY to the specific employer or organization that requested the background check.
• With Field Agents: Necessary details are shared with our verified field executives strictly for the purpose of conducting physical doorstep checks in respective districts.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., courts or government agencies).

4. Data Security & Confidentiality
